The proposed model is to buy ownership of a specified quantity of already-produced goods, with WeBrandWe providing consignment services.
Goods, quantities, ownership transfer, price adjustments, fulfilment and settlement must be agreed for each partnership. Purchases of goods ownership and related payments are not open yet.
Confirm specific goods
Agree on specific styles, quantities and condition, together with ownership and storage arrangements.
Agree on consignment terms
Sales allocation, discount authority, fees, returns and reconciliation must be agreed in advance.
Understand stock movement
Stock information and live views of physical shelves are planned for later. There is currently no live inventory feed or shelf broadcast.
